Room was very nice. Service was good. Great breakfast, that was catering for different taste. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the Wi-Fi. Room was very neat and tidy. Facilities was very good. Security was professional and welcoming.

This was a very good stay in a very relaxed environment. All amenities were neat and tidy. Staff very obliging and did everything in their power to assist us we were also accommodated in terms of travelling to the market and V & A Waterfront and drivers were very accommodating and obliging.

Best Western Cape Suites Hotel is ideally located. It is easily accessible. The suites is very comfortable and well-maintained. Some suites have a balcony, which is great if you want to enjoy a bit of sunshine from the room. Breakfast was good with a very nice spread.

Excellent hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, room clean, very handy shuttle service and driver gave a running commentary of all the places if interest. Close to city attractions but in a quiet location

The suite staff from reception, chef, restaurant waiters and the gate were all so very helpful and often times (in my short stay) went out of their way to make my stay so comfortable. You have excellent stuff thank you so much.

A very good hotel which was value for the money. very close to the city and the rooms were big and beds were nice. The breakfast was big and offered a lot to choose from. Nice staff and the pub at the hotel was nice.

Spacious comfortable rooms with tea coffee amenities and a safe. Daily housekeeping is available. Restaurant n reception staff are friendly and courteous, reception staff is extremely helpful in anything and everything you ask for. Shuttle service is very convenient as well. We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good too.
