Great place to bring your family for a city break or if you’re from out of town, it’s centrally located with easy access to the Waterfront and the City. Access is well controlled and the staff is friendly. Great Wi-Fi access and an on-site restaurant/bar.

Wow their standard was great, when you went out for breakfast which was delicious, you come back to the sorted and perfectly cleaned.

Special thanks to staff who were able to accommodate our room changes, offer advice on shopping and transport, and to Mario for much-needed airport transfers and driving my family around the Cape Town attractions. Recommended. Full power generator back-up during load shedding.

Weekend get away “We had an amazing time at the best Western our room was Perfect just what we were looking for definitely our new favorite get away and the staff is friendly and Amazing felt like home away from home.We had an amazing experience and had nice relaxing time the service was amazing as well everything was freshly put out and we will definitely go again this place is thee place to be was really one amazing place excellent service and friendly staff and the room was cosy.Had assistance from a young gentleman who was very helpful he helped with the bags and made sure we sorted before he left.”

My Stay “My Stay Since the first time I went to this place it was a cousin trip, I had the time of my life. I met people I didn’t even come with and made friends. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is served warm. Rooms are super clean and always a good smell. The pool area is such a vibe, especially if you have friends you want to entertain. The braai area is perfect. Also it’s the hotel is very close to Cape Towns Cbd. You can have food delivered aswell. The best thing is the bar !! The best memories are made there. Very good. The room was very big. And the staff were so helpful and friendly. Having travelled with a toddler they help much. I love the complimentary shuttle to where I was going.
