We were fortunate to arrange our Conference and accommodation at the popular Best Western Cape Suites Hotel which is conveniently located at the foot of Table Mountain. Our clients were fetched from the airport by shuttle and upon arrival at the hotel were shown to their various suites. All the rooms we stayed in had a kitchenette, separate lounge and dining area, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-panel satellite (DSTV), telephone, room safe, hairdryers and is equipped with tea/coffee supplies. They have suites from one bed right up to four beds which can sleep up to seven if needed. Most rooms have balconies with great views of the mountains.

During our stay at the Best Western Cape Suites Hotel, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast before moving to their conference facilities. We were situated in one of their bigger rooms. All their conference rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We enjoyed a stunning lunch as part of the conference package and then back to 2 more hours of team building. The Best Western Cape Suites Hotel offers different sized conference facilities with tailored menu options to make sure your conference is a great success.

After our daily meetings and teambuilding activities, we all took the shuttle to the V&A waterfront for an afternoon shopping spree. To end off the day we returned to the Village Café restaurant situated inside the Best Western Cape Suites Hotel. The restaurant has a great ambiance to enjoy eating freshly prepared Bistro style dishes along with classics such as salads, calamari, creamy mussels, hamburgers, pork ribs, beef fillet, fish, seafood, desserts, such as malva tart and many more to satisfy all tastes.
