Payment / Deposit Policy
3 January 2022 to 30 April 2022
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: 14 Days after receiving confirmation from the Hotel for the booking: 20% Deposit of the reservation value is required to secure your reservation.
The full outstanding payment is required 30 Days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be given in writing to the Best Western Cape Suites Hotel. No verbal cancellations of reservations will be accepted.
Cancellations received within 15 to 30 days prior of guest arrival will have a 20% (twenty percent) cancellation charge.
Cancellations received within 14 days prior of guest arrival will have a full stay cancellation charge.
Should travel not be permitted due to government regulations, credit will be held for future date or refund will be processed, as per Hotel Policies.
NO-SHOW: Charges will be charged at 100% (one hundred percent) of the contracted cost of accommodation for the full period.
