Left it late to book and as it was over new year this was good value. Staff are very friendly and there was a great mix of people. Pool was very nice but generally used it to cool down and did not have much time to sit around. Very good breakfast and coffee as well. It is between £5-10 taxi to the centre of town. very fair. About 5mins drive. One of the best things about it-apart from the staff-was the pub attached to it, full of a good mix of locals, nice pint of Castle and sports on the screens if you wanted to watch it. Food in the pub was very good also. Have stayed in plenty five star hotels over the years but this had a charm of its own we feel. Would thoroughly recommend.

The facility is family friendly. Excellent Accomodation, Complimentary transport to and from the Airport. If Hotel transport not available, the Hotel will arrange a Cab (Meter Taxi) at cheaper rates. Friendly staff who makes you feel at Home. I will be happy to book the Hotel in future.

Had a short stay, but enjoyed it and felt save with all the security. The staff were helpful when I had a problem and resolved it promptly. The bar had very good food and the breakfast were good. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers

I checked in on 27 November,16 and the recieption was fantastic.The room was perfect and I felt really at home far from home.Breakfast were great and ate as much as I needed and the personnel were all smiles and friendly.Our shuttle driver was very warm and understanding. Should I visit Cape Town again I will look no where else for accomodation but go back to Best Western Suite Hotel.The location is perfect and gives good view of the Table mountain and the City. Thank you so much for the wonderful receiption,wish I could have stayed abit longer.

We started our 3 week trip across South Africa at the Best Western Cape Suites and we are so happy we did. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and has a pub with a great atmosphere and food right next door. We needed to pick up our rental car the day after we arrived and the staff organized the free shuttle to take us back to the airport without any problem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is also a delicious breakfast each morning. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cape Town.

The location of the hotel is spot on , the cost is reasonable and the size of the suites is very good .

The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Front office staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Shuttle service to/from the airport is very helpful.

The parking is secure. Access is via a manned gate with two persons to identify guests. The maids are careful. Laundry service is good.
